Orders, Pricing and Merchandise Availability

Merchandise availability on Learning Opportunities is not guaranteed, as stocks may be low. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and in some cases, orders cannot be processed. Learning Opportunities reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any given reason at the time. When making an order on Learning Opportunities you will receive an email with your order details confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed.

All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Learning Opportunities reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed and Learning Opportunities processing that order and taking payment, provision of Services shall commence as per your order and you will be charged the original price.

Learning Opportunities attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, we do not warrant that such a description is totally accurate, complete, reliable, and error-free.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, Learning Opportunities will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. A validation check and authorization by the card issuer will be made and payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time an order is made. 

We accept Visa, and Mastercard credit cards.

Learning Opportunities takes care to ensure that the Site is secure and that details of your order and payment are kept confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Refunds

• All refunds may take up to 15 calendar days. 
• Any refund will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.
• COD orders will have its refund through courier, Bank transfer or you can choose to have a gift card, knowing that the refund method cannot be changed after your confirmation.

Delivery

Learning Opportunities aims to deliver all orders within 10-20 working days unless otherwise stated on the Site. 

Because we care about your order, the courier won’t be able to let you check the order while delivering it to you. You would have to receive your order from the courier and pay the required amount then you can request a return within 14 days and get a full refund.

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
